At GLPTI, we’re proud to support the next generation of leaders through the Women in Parks Leadership Program, which empowers women in the parks and recreation profession with mentorship, professional development, and a strong network of peers. The program is designed to help participants grow their leadership skills, navigate career pathways, and strengthen the voices of women shaping the future of our parks.
As we celebrate Women’s History Month, we also celebrate the women working every day to steward our natural spaces, inspire communities, and lead the parks profession forward.
