Dr. Lucy Fischman has worked at CELL since 2022 and with ICTQ implementation districts in many capacities since 2016. Her work is often oriented to experiences in rural Indiana schools.
She was a social studies teacher and building administrator in Monroe County Community Schools for 15 years prior to working at CELL and remains active as a public school advocate.
Degrees
Fischman has an Ed.D. in Education Leadership and Policy from Indiana University; MS in Strategic Management from IU Kelley School of Business.
