Anne Higley is an outreach specialist with the Center on Community Living and Careers (CCLC) at the Indiana Institute on Disability and Community, Indiana University, Bloomington.
In her many years of work in corporate and non-profit public relations and marketing, Higley focused on developing clear communications and engaging content. She’s worked at CCLC for more than 10 years, developing creative content, promotions, and social media, and working with the CCLC team to deliver their products and professional development services to teachers, VR counselors, and other professionals around the state.
Degrees
Higley earned her bachelor’s degree in English/English Education from Michigan State University. She is a graduate of Illinois STARS for Success (an advocacy and leadership training program similar to Partners in Policy).
