Paraprofessionals are an essential part of the instructional team that educates and supports students with disabilities, including students with Autism. However, they can benefit from training, guidance, and support to be even more effective. Ms. Mary Rodimel and Mr. Chad Ballengee (from the Daviess-Martin Special Education Cooperative) generously collaborated with Indiana Resource Center for Autism staff to create free training videos for paraprofessionals. These videos are available as you prepare your paraprofessionals to work with your students on the autism spectrum. Additionally, do not hesitate to contact the IRCA to ask about our direct coaching help and training services.
