Visual Supports for School, Home and Community
This collection of visual supports and other resources provides examples of various strategies that can be used to support students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, as well as others with and without disabilities. These visuals and strategies can be used in a variety of settings, including at school and in the community. Families will find many of these resources helpful to use to assist their son/daughter at home. This collection includes supports for both children and adults.
These visual supports can be printed and are ready to use. They can also be used as an example to be modified to fit the individual needs of a person. Some of these examples demonstrate how a strategy may be used at school or home, such as a schedule, work system, or structured task.
