Janet Leigh Carpenter is an administrative assistant with the administrative business office and the Center for Collaborative Systems Change at the Indiana Institute on Disability and Community, Indiana University, Bloomington. She previously worked for Indiana University in the areas of student development, adolescent medicine, and pediatric residency education.
Carpenter's research experience relates to children with special healthcare needs and their utilization of healthcare services, as well as children’s mental health, developmental screening, health literacy, and community engagement.
