Sarah Level, CPWIC, is a research associate with the Center on Community Living and Careers (CCLC) at the Indiana Institute on Disability and Community, Indiana University, Bloomington.
Level began her career as an employment specialist in 2004. During her 10-year career, she continued serving others by assisting them in finding and maintaining jobs in the community. Level became certified as an Indiana Benefits Information Network (BIN) liaison in 2006 and certified as a Community Partner Work Incentives Coordinator (CPWIC) in 2015 through Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU). Indiana BIN liaisons advise people with disabilities and their families about how Social Security work incentive programs and other state and federal benefits can help them earn more money while maintaining their necessary supports and services. Level continues to maintain her certification annually, completing continued education through VCU. She began working for CCLC as a research associate in 2017 for the BIN project. She assists with maintaining BIN, while serving as a technical assistant for BIN liaisons around the state.

She received her Bachelor of Science in Management in 2006, through Indiana Wesleyan University.
