Doug Ryner is a transformative IT leader with over 26 years of experience in technology leadership, innovation, and strategic development. As the Director of the Office of IT Innovation and Development at the Indiana Institute on Disability and Community (IIDC), Indiana University, Ryner drives cutting-edge technological solutions that enhance research, education, and service initiatives.

With a background in IT strategy, digital transformation, and adaptive technology solutions, Ryner has a proven track record of building high-performing teams, optimizing IT operations, and developing innovative platforms to support diverse institutional and community needs. His expertise spans enterprise IT infrastructure, software development, cybersecurity, and cloud computing, ensuring that organizations remain at the forefront of technological advancement.

Throughout his career, Ryner has led award-winning web and digital initiatives, spearheaded multi-million-dollar IT projects, and cultivated cross-functional collaborations to bridge the gap between technology and mission-driven objectives.
