Jean Updike - NCI Surveyor District 5
Jean Updike is a part-time surveyor with the Center for Collaborative Systems Change at the Indiana Institute for Disability and Community, Indiana University, Bloomington. Updike’s social work background assists her in focusing on the system model in her approach to services for individuals with disabilities. Updike previously was a licensed social worker and a certified rehabilitation counselor; both are currently in retired status. Updike holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Administration of Criminal Justice from Anderson University and a master’s in social work from Indiana University.
