Shelly Thomas - Outcomes Management Director/BDS
Shelly Thomas is the Outcomes Management Director for the Bureau of Disabilities Services in the state of Indiana where she leads a team focused on improving outcomes for individuals with disabilities through data-based decisions. Her passion began early in her career as she developed creative approaches to support struggling students in secondary and higher education settings. Shelly holds a Master of Arts in Education Administration and a bachelor’s in mathematics from Ball State University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and scuba diving.
