IRCA can also provide a variety of other professional development trainings. These can be personalized to meet the specific needs of all school staff. Topics for training include: Communication and Language, Evidence-based Practices in Autism, Executive Functioning, Instructional Strategies, Social Skills, Visual Supports, and many others.
IRCA can also provide consultation and coaching for teachers, paraprofessionals, and students within their classrooms. A school may hire IRCA to do a one-day visit to a classroom to observe and give recommendations. A school may also prefer to create a more long-term plan for multiple visits. This can be spending a full day in a classroom or visiting multiple classrooms during the day. IRCA will work with the staff, giving recommendations and helping to set priorities and goals to focus on through the school year.
IRCA staff will meet with you to develop a package of services to best support your school staff and students.
Please note that our capacity for this type of service is limited based on staff availability - please contact us for more details!
