This summer, the IIDC’s Center on Community Living and Careers (CCLC) is offering both its Basic Benefits Information Network (BIN) Training and Advanced BIN Training to Indiana professionals.
The next section of Online/Zoom Basic BIN Training begins June 6 and runs through August 12. Online/Zoom Advanced BIN Training begins June 1 and runs through August 5. Registration will close on May 27.
BIN Basic and Advanced participants are certified in Indiana to serve as BIN liaisons. BIN liaisons who have been certified in Indiana for more than two years are eligible to participate in Advanced BIN Training, which provides recertification and up-to-date information on federal and state benefits and work incentive programs.
BIN liaisons work with community service providers and other agencies across Indiana to help individuals with disabilities and their families navigate the intersection of employment and Social Security, health care coverage, and other services and supports.
For more information and to register, see our Benefits Training webpage. (Scroll down to the "Benefits Information Network Certification Training" section.)
