Ticket to Work

For people with disabilities who work or who want to work, the Social Security Administration has established the Ticket to Work program and other work incentives. These programs encourage and support employees who are receiving benefits so that they can continue to work without the worry of completely losing their health care, supplemental income or housing benefits. In Indiana, workers with disabilities rely on their employment provider agencies to inform them about a wide variety of federal and state work incentive programs and to guide them through the eligibility and application process.
