Information for Students and Families

Information for Students and Families

Welcome!  The Center on Community Living and Careers (CCLC) is dedicated to providing students and families with the information needed to successfully navigate this new and exciting chapter in your life.

Are you:

  • a student with an IEP, age 14, and/or entering your freshman year of high school?
  • a parent of a child with an Individualized Education Program (IEP) age 14 or older?
  • an educator looking to help your students and families access the most up to date transition information?
  • looking for resources to assist you in the transition from school to employment?

If so, you are in the right place!

Check out our resources on the left organized by transition topic.

Need additional information on a specific topic? Just ask. Email us at CCLC@iu.edu  and we can connect you with other key family and disability advocacy organizations across the state.

Our library of resources is constantly evolving.  Continue to check back periodically for the most up to date information.

Thank You!
