Researchers from the Center on Community Living and Careers (CCLC) will present at the Heart to Heart Conference on Thursday, September 25. Dr. Cathlene Hardy Hansen, Dr. Mary Pearson, and Michael Nevins will share resources to support educators, families, and individuals with disabilities in achieving employment, education, and independent living goals. Topics include transition planning, disability benefits, the LifeCourse framework, Person-Centered Planning, CCLC’s partnerships, and training programs such as Family Employment Awareness Training (FEAT).
