The Indiana All CTE State Conference took place in Indianapolis, Indiana from September 12 – 14. Three members of the Indiana Secondary Transition Resource Center (INSTRC) team delivered a presentation on their innovative microcredential pilots for students with disabilities. This event focuses on helping educators enhance Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs. Our goal was to share our progress and initiatives designed to empower all students, ensuring they have access to competitive job opportunities. The presenters included Dr. Cathlene Hansen, assistant research scholar; Dr. Mary Pearson, assistant research scientist; and Sarah Lamb, research associate.
